Date: 02 October 2023​​
Reason: For preventing a potentially serious safety incident on 28 March 2023 by noticing the wobbly NLG Right wheel & the detached inboard retaining ring during the departure pushback of Boeing 737-800(SQ728). During the inspection damages were found on the wheel assembly, bearings, and the axle. The aircraft was grounded for repair & replacement of the damaged components.
